We always offer choices.  Our hot food line alows you to choose fresh cooked hot entrees and vegetables while our deli allows you to select from wraps, subs, hamburgers, and hot dogs made to order as you come through the line.  Our salad bar can be a meal all by itself.

Our performance standard is to insure that from the time you enter the facility, you will be able to get your food, pay, and eat in a relaxed manner with your classmates or other friends within thirty minutes.

Yes.  We can provide a form to you ahead of time to allow you to place your order in the morning and pick your meal up to go.

We offer on-site single occupancy housing for $24.00 per night.  All rooms have color TV, data port as well as wireless service, private restroom, refrigerator, and a lockable drawer for valuables.  Please bring a padlock to secure your valuables in the drawer.

 

Our chef is a graduate of the prestigious Cullinary Institute of America and served as executive chef for two of Florida's previous Governors
